Fee Structure

Commission earned as a buyer’s representative (for purchase) are typically a percentage of the sales commission and are paid by the seller. The CIRES representative will negotiate with the seller of a For Sale By Owner if the property is not listed with a Broker. In the unlikely event that the seller will not pay a commission, the buyer is responsible for compensation to the sales associate.
