Setting the right price is one of the most important steps in the process of selling your home. We will provide you with a written comparative market analysis for your home. This analysis will include information about recent home sales in your neighborhood, as well as how those homes compare to yours. There is no obligation to pay for this service.

If you are still unsure of the value of your home, you may wish to pay for a professional appraisal, however there is no guarantee that an established market price, be it by an appraiser or any other professional, is the amount that you will be offered or receive for sale of your property.

In order to prepare the market analysis, we will need to complete a walk through of your home. This generally takes about an hour, depending upon the size and condition of the home. Once we have completed our field work, we will then compare your home with other comparable properties and complete the analysis. After the analysis is complete, we will meet with you to discuss the potential market rate of your home. Some factors that affect this value are supply and demand, seasonal markets, interest rates and location.
