Carole Marvel, Residential Sales and Buyer Services
Carole Marvel, a licensed Associate Broker with RE/MAX Properties Inc., is the Associate Broker in Charge at CIRES, a RE/MAX Properties Inc. Branch office. In her capacity at CIRES, Carole is responsible for the supervision of all real estate transactions for the CIRES office, and she is the primary representative for all real estate sales and purchases completed for CIRES clients.
Carole has been licensed since 2001, and has focused her career on helping first time home buyers transition to homeownership. She was also one of the leaders in the selection and purchase of CIHA’s properties for the Mountain View Neighborhood Revitalization program beginning in 2002 through today. In addition to her sales experience, Carole was instrumental in establishing a residential property management company that specialized in managing single family homes and other small properties.
As a 30-year Alaskan resident, Carole has a variety of other real estate and housing experience including 6 years with Alaska Community Development Corporation and over 10 years with the State of Alaska, primarily working with energy conservation programs.
Carole has completed training in real estate, State of Alaska Licensing Law and property rehabilitation focusing on special needs modifications and energy efficiency. Carole is a member of the Anchorage Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Multiple Listing Service.
Stacy L. Hague, Commercial Property Manager, Leasing & Sales
Stacy Hague, a licensed Realtor in the State of Alaska and Commercial Property Manager for Cook Inlet Real Estate Services, offering 20 years of experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate.
Stacy is responsible for acquisitions, property management, sales, leasing, marketing, advertising and day to day operations of the CIRES office..
Stacy is primarily devoted to the management and reporting of all commercial properties. You can count on Stacy to take the time to communicate with you; thoroughly analyze situations, prepare accurate and easy to read reports, provide an excellent maintenance team, project capital improvements, require preventative maintenance and deliver profits!
Stacy is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Alaska Association of Realtors, Anchorage Board of Realtors, Alaska Multiple Listing Service, Women's Association of Realtors, and RE/MAX Properties, Inc., Stacy is a graduate of the Rockwell Institute of Real Estate.
Sheila Sparks, Operations Administrator, Maintenance Support
A lifelong Alaskan, Sheila has considerable customer service experience having served in various sales, administrative and operations positions. A consummate professional, whose daily responsibilities include office operations, maintenance support and dispatch for over 500,000 SF of Class A & B space as well as various residential units throughout the Anchorage area.
Sheila serves on and supports several community efforts including being the Alaskan Coordinator of the Mended Little Hearts Chapter.
