Maintenance
Not only are the common areas, building exterior and entrances inspected regularly but staff also checks-in with tenants to determine if they have maintenance issues or other concerns which have not yet been reported. Having eyes and ears routinely on the property means potential hazards or compliance issues are dealt with preventatively.
Our dedicated and skilled maintenance staff handles routine and preventative maintenance. Where necessary, maintenance contracts for specialized building systems or equipment are employed to ensure the proper care and maintenance. The Maintenance Manager and Property Manager work together to manage these contracts and monitor compliance. Our goal is to respond to all routine work orders within 48 hours.
A maintenance staff member is on call to handle building emergencies or life-safety issues around the clock. Tenants have access to our 24 hours/7 days per week on-call personnel through an answering service ensuring each call is answered personally rather than via voicemail or computer generated operator.
